Case management for these patients would require psychosocial, physical, and behavioral assessments related to specific condition, and behavioral therapies and interventions. In addition, direct clinical services may include medication consultation with close coordination with NOE Clinical Director and NOE psychiatrist. Other direct individual and group services may be assigned. Must have ability to prescribe. May require travel. | |
