Working as a member of the Clinical team, this position is responsible for managing the care of clients experiencing psychiatric/mental health disorders including substance abuse or addiction. Case management for these patients would require psychosocial, physical, and behavioral assessments related to specific condition, and behavioral therapies and interventions. In addition, direct clinical services may include medication consultation with close coordination with NOE Clinical Director and NOE psychiatrist. Other direct individual and group services may be assigned. Must have ability to prescribe. May require travel.

Must be able to evaluate Substance Abuse Disorders, also involves counseling individuals regarding substance abuse and use, facilitating group processes, developing materials for group therapy and educational purposes, assist in the development of group therapy and educational purposes, record keeping as necessary for OADAP, licensing and agency standards, and coordinate and work with other staff as part of a team. LADC or CADC required.
 
MHRT Case Manager-Community Support Workers-Portland (2 positions) posted April 2008
Work as part of team providing case management and skills development to adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders. Assist consumers in recovery doing individual and group work.  This person should have working knowledge of housing options, entitlement programs, recovery model, and ability to work as part of team.  Minimum qualifications:  MHRT/C provisional. Full MHRT/C preferred.  BHP certification a plus.
